Amazing Grays

The Amazing Grays are an informal group of over 55's who meet for food, fun and fellowship at 6:30 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month, as well as for planned outings and activities. Reservations are required, call the church office, 787-1086.

Greetings to All Amazing Grays,

Please come to the April 17th Amazing Grays prepared to be all mixed up, but it will be a blast.

Before the mix-up, Suku Rendall will bring the Thought for the Day, Suku is a much beloved Sunday School leader and Circle Bible Study leader.

Then, Wanda will serve lasagna for dinner, a fine Italian Dish. Enjoy.

But, listen to this --- our program will consist of music brought to us by a band of musicians whose specialty is Polka. (They do play other types of music on request, I am told.) Just come prepared to converse in German, Polish, Italian, and most of us speak English! Crazy, mixed-up evening, but fun!

Just so you will Know, the tables will be set up by Mimi Johnson and Jean Macomber; clean up by Sally and John Everette. Other helpful regulars will be the same.

If something REALLY BIG comes up and you cannot join us, be sure to Malcolm or Elaine Williams no later than Sunday, April 13 to avoid being charged for that meal that you have had to miss.

Remember, also, the “First Thursday Meet and Eat Group” will meet and do their regular thing at the Mayflower Restaurant, Garner, on May 6.
