Meals on Wheels of Wake County

For over 25 years, a simple mission...

• to provide nutritious meals to the frail, homebound elderly, and handicapped citizens of Wake County in order to improve health, reduce isolation, and prevent inappropriate institutionalization.
  

• to serve nutritious meals and provide social and educational opportunities to persons 60 years and older in congregate nutrition sites.
  

Hudson Memorial volunteers deliver meals on the fourth Friday of every month. Contact Sallie Everette if you wish to help with this wonderful ministry.
